DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!! Long story short; I bought a 2011 KIA Sorrento in Sept 2016. Found out after the sale, by an (at the time) employee, that before I picked the car up, Long story short; I bought a 2011 KIA Sorrento in Sept 2016. Found out after the sale, by an (at the time) employee, that before I picked the car up, the head gasket had to be replaced. Drove the car for less than a week and I broke down. Took it in - coil pack replaced with a used one off another car from the lot - per the mechanic. Fixed the problem. Took the car back in twice because it wasn't acting right. Was given attitude by the mechanic - told the car was fine; "The problem is that the key fob is not charged all the way", "I already have too much money invested in this car, for the price you paid" - all this while the car was under warranty. They also ripped out the back up camera while the car was in their garage - without permission. Now the car is out if warranty, they did not fix the problem and after 8 months of owning it, the car starts overheating and I'm told by Bridgeland that the head gasket is bad. I fought with them over it, since it was supposedly replaced and was told that side my oil change was overdo it was my fault. I had the car looked at by another mechanic who found that the radiator was clogged due to some kind of "leak stop" sealant that was used to cob the original head gasket issue and now the head gasket problem is prominent. I go back to Bridgeland with this information and they continue with the overdo oil statement to push the blame on to me. I insist that the car be bought back by Bridgeland to get me out if the loan, as I no longer trust anyone in this business and was literally screamed at by Rob, an owner. They will not back up their vehicle or work and have terrible customer service. I now am stuck with a vehicle that is driveable and have not even owned it for a year. The $12,000+ vehicle that I bought from these crooks only lasted 8 months and they will not take ownership of the cob job that they did before I took ownership. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THIS SITUATION. DO NIT EVER BUT FROM BRIDGELAND AUTO BROKERS!!!! More
