Worst experience of my Adult Life I hate writing negative reviews, but Bridge Auto may have been the worst thing to happen to me in my adult life. I bought a car through them with a 3r I hate writing negative reviews, but Bridge Auto may have been the worst thing to happen to me in my adult life. I bought a car through them with a 3rd party warranty on 11/15/18. The transmission was blown by 1/4/19 (my birthday no less). Took it to mechanics to find the car was serviced with the wrong transmission fluid, which voided my warranty. Their negligence allowed them to sell a doomed car to a good faith consumer. Not only does this car need a new $4,000 transmission, but there was $3,000 of other damage to the car. All told this was doubled the value of the car. I offered the chance to do right by me, and they couldn’t care any less. No remorse, no help - nothing. They singlehandedly set my life back 2-3 years. More
