My Go To Dealership I bought my first car from Brickner's of Wausau in 2010 while in high school. I was looking for a small to mid-sized SUV with four wheel drive. I would test drive vehicles and explain my likes and dislikes. All of my thoughts, wants, and opinions were being taken into consideration. One day I got a call saying, "I think we found you what you've been looking for." The vehicle Brickner's of Wausau found for me was a 2014 Jeep Compass. All I asked for was a small to mid-sized SUV with four wheel drive and they found that plus, so much more! Spray Paint Victory On Sunday, Sept. 10, someone decided that my cashmere (beige) 2014 Jeep Cherokee would look better with a royal blue spray paint stripe across the hoo On Sunday, Sept. 10, someone decided that my cashmere (beige) 2014 Jeep Cherokee would look better with a royal blue spray paint stripe across the hood, and over the Jeep logo. With my work schedule being what it is, I was finally able to visit the Brickner Chrysler Center Body Shop on Wednesday, Sept. 13. I had no idea what to expect as far as expense or time frame, but Kevin very pleasantly surprised me. After taking a look at the hood, he went into the shop and came back with a bottle and rag, and removed the Jeep logo and all of the spray paint within 10 minutes. He then found out that the parts department had a replacement logo on hand, and replaced that and had my Jeep looking good as new in less than 30 minutes for less than $65!!! I have always had positive experiences at BCC, but I feel that Kevin went above and beyond in customer service! I would never hesitate to deal with Kevin, or with anyone at Bricknet Chrysler Center!! More

He took us outside and showed us the truck, he was knowledgeable and courteous with a laid-back demeanor that really put us at ease.
