If I had anything he could have done better, it would have been to increase his communication; although it was nice to not have him calling, texting, or emailing me every couple hours as another dealership in town did and has continued to do. The reason for the 4 and not 5 is the dealing with the finance department. I already had financing in place and let them know that, but they reran all my information and started the loan over with my credit union so it was through them. This caused my credit to be ran again and took away one small part of the financing I had put in place to be taken away. Nick was fine to deal with besides that, and though he did try to sell me all other warranties and products was not pushy about it. Overall a great experience and one I would repeat and recommend to my friends and family. More

Over the next couple of visits to the dealership, Glenn took the time to listen to me about my wants and needs and matched me with the perfect vehicle; a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited.
