Felt like FAMILY! I have never had a 'decent' experience when purchasing a vehicle. I've acquired multiple experiences over the years and have walked away each time fe I have never had a 'decent' experience when purchasing a vehicle. I've acquired multiple experiences over the years and have walked away each time feeling cheated and even disrespected. HOWEVER ... this experience was nowhere near the same as before ... I was in a bind as my vehicle was totaled and my present schedule didn't allow me the time to search in the traditional sense. I called John King one afternoon (a late afternoon) and explained my situation. He responded to each and every request I had ... trusting the information and questions as accurate it felt as he fought for me ... I luckily had been curious to the vehicle I chose and when I started fielding questions he respected each and every one ... never steering me away from what I wanted ... it felt as though I called a family member for a leading hand and he reacted accordingly. Make a long story short ... he took care of everything... staying well past his hours ... answering each and every question ... and I drove away that night!
