Taking your car to your dealer is always the best solution to your problems. I knew of my cars issue via google and of the estimated cost, the dealer confirmed the issue, but they went above and beyo solution to your problems. Less than 6 months ago I took my car to Brickell Mazda because I was feeling something weird on the wheels, like a bump on a tire or something. They advised to get all 4 new tires and of course align them because I was feeling something weird on the wheels, like a bump on a tire or something. They advised to get all 4 new tires and of course align them, so I did, since I like to feel safe in my car. Last weekend, I took my car in for service (mileage) and they told me I should get another wheel alignment and change the break fluid, both supposedly requiring “Immediate attention“. I barely drive my car, maybe once or twice a week, so I asked them why they thought I would need an alignment if they had done one less than 6 months ago when I got all 4 brand new tires. They answered “maybe you just hit a pot hole, it’s very slight”. First, like I said before, I BARELY drive my car, and I have not hit any pot holes, besides the occasionally bumpy I-95, which shouldn’t be enough to misalign my wheels (please correct me if I’m wrong) unless they didn’t do a good job at aligning them in the first place. This is my first reason to stop trusting Brickell Mazda. Moreover, I did tell them to please change my brake fluid. But when I went to pick up my car I found an unopened bottle of break fluid on the passenger seat. Since I doubt they’re giving me this for free, and taking into account other precedents, I’m leaning towards thinking they actually forgot to change my break fluid, for which they charged me $198. Like I mentioned before, I like feeling safe in my care and knowing it’s reliable. However, I no longer trust Brickell Mazda with servicing my car properly and charging me fairly, so I will not be going back there and I would suggest every Mazda owner who cares about both their safety and their pockets to avoid this place. More
