Lamentamos mucho saber que tu experiencia con nosotros no fue satisfactoria. Apreciamos tus comentarios y nos tomamos muy en serio tus preocupaciones. Nuestra principal prioridad es la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, y nos entristece que no hayas tenido la experiencia que esperabas. Es importante destacar que usted tiene un vehiuclo del Alta Gama (Maserati), razon que el tiempo de espera son totalmente disferentes. En primer lugar el vehiculo solo es trabajado por nuestro Marter Tech Certificado y Especializados para este tipo de vehiculos, adicional se le suma el factor de disponibilidad de partes (solo usamos partes OEM); lo tiempos de operacion para este tipo de vehiuclo son mucho mayores, (por ejemplo el tiempo de drenaje del aceite que no es por gravedad sino por succion oscila entre 45 - 60 min), por ultimo el flujo del taller. Queremos mencionar que no es un cambio de aceite, es un servicio intermedio que incluye mucho mas que el cambio y aceite, por ejemplo: este poroceso se incia con un Check in Completo por parte del advisor, seguido del cambio de aceite filtro, el reset de la vida de aceite a traves de scanner specializado, calibracion de presion de neumaticos, setup de sensores de neumaticos y una inspeccion visual de 27 puntos, termina con el check out (se le entrega un reporte de su vehiculo. xxx ultimo quisera detacar que usted ha venido recurrentemente a nuestro departamento de servicio durante los ultimos 2 anos el tiempo de espera siempre oscila entre 3 a 4 horas. Agradecemos que hayas tomado el tiempo para compartir tus pensamientos y esperamos poder recuperar tu confianza en nosotros. Tu satisfacción es muy importante para nosotros.
