Good but not perfect Staff is competent & knowledgeable. However, every time there are post-service issues: this time tire pressure icon is lit,( started two minutes after Staff is competent & knowledgeable. However, every time there are post-service issues: this time tire pressure icon is lit,( started two minutes after I left the service center) which means I need to take the car to a gas station to have the pressure adjusted, the clock needed reset & several other small but annoying issues. Wrong information I was told the update of the software required for safety recall will take 30min on the phone (not Mario). When I arrived I was told it takes 2h and in the end it took 2h15. Needless to say that the sole purpose of planning the check is to know how long it will take to be able to organize ones time. In the end I found out that it is common that the dealer proposes to pay for the uber etc. None of such was proposed to me. More
Very accommodating! We had to drive a few hours to get to the nearest Mazda service center in order to get a recall on my vehicle handled. The paperwork we received in the mail said it was a thirty minute software update, so I made an appointment ahead of time and took the morning off of work. When we arrived at our appointment time, we were told it would be at least two hours based on the number of vehicles ahead of me waiting on the equipment needed for the update. The staff was wonderful and even called an uber to take us to and from lunch nearby while the work was being done, however I ended up having to take the whole day off of work on account of the delayed service time. I will certainly use this service center again, I just know now to be more thorough about asking how long I should expect the appointment to take. More
Proactive and outstanding customer service I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunat I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunate to have talked to Eros Cruz, the service advisor, during my first visit. It is truly difficult to find honesty and transparency in the auto industry, especially if you are a woman, but Eros has gone above and beyond to show that they want to do right by their customers. They (Eros and Alex, the service tech) even helped fix a cosmetic issue on the car as a courtesy during my last visit, since I had not had a very good experience with another employee there a few weeks before. It was a very impressive move on their part. Even though it is quite a drive from my home, I intend to continue taking my car to be serviced at this dealer, since they have gained my trust and business. More

Amazing experience It was my moms birthday and it was time for her to trade in her Mazda 6. The team at Mazda was wonderful. Her sales representative was a delight and they even took the time to sign her happy birthday! She went back to fix one of the rims and immediately was taken care of and issue resolved.
