Purchased a used 2020 Infiniti Q50 in August 2024. General Sales Manager promised to pay for my car rental since I had to drive 4 hours for the deal. Upon arriving 2 days later, the GSM had been fire General Sales Manager promised to pay for my car rental since I had to drive 4 hours for the deal. Upon arriving 2 days later, the GSM had been fired. New sales manager saw the text and added the $200 rental reimbursement to my "We Owe" Called a month later. Left several messages and talked to my salesman. They went dark on me. It's been almost 4 months without a response. To top things off, the car lost power after 1 month. I checked the air filters. They were totally blocked and looked like the original filters. The car had 41,000 miles on it when purchased. More
