I'm not sure they did anything to the car. I took it for a balance and rotation, the tech told me that they don't do that under a new car policy but after talking to him he agreed. They took the car about 1.5 hours later they come back and tell the car is done. I took, still felt some the issue, but also noticed that the lug lock was in the same place. Also the rear tire had a nail in it, I figured they would notice it, but the tire was in the same place with the nail still there. If you do a balance and rotation, you would see the nail and notify the customer, so that's why I think they didn't do anything. More

My wife went to get an oil change and to get a tire repair or replaced. They took the car for the whole day and never Got The oil change or tire replaced after the whole day. Miguel did told me that they were gonna call us later in the evenin to let us know if the tire came in, never called us. So I went to pick up the car notice that they never change the oil. Miguel said that they did change the oil but forgot to reset the Maintenance Alert Which is still shows that it hasn't been reset. It's at 5%. I just feel that it's unnecessary all the running around and nothing getting done More
