I recently had an issue with the service I received at Brickell Honda, but the service manager Carlos went above and beyond to make things right. He offered to inspect my entire car, provide recommendations, and even work with me on the pricing. He was very polite, understanding, and truly made me feel vaulued as a customer. They made me pay for an service agreement that gives me free oil change on a used car which had 17k miles when I bought it, but they never tell you that the agreement ends at 29k miles but you have to keep free oil change on a used car which had 17k miles when I bought it, but they never tell you that the agreement ends at 29k miles but you have to keep paying for the service agreement until you finish paying the car in 6 years and please don’t even think about refusing the agreement because they don’t let you buy the car without it 🤔🤔🤔🤔 that is a very good business only for you Brickell Honda please stop ripping people off More
