I haver a three year maintenance agreement, yet I was charged $155 for maintenance. In my agreements, there is no mention that a maintenance light must come on prior to service. Apparently this is uni charged $155 for maintenance. In my agreements, there is no mention that a maintenance light must come on prior to service. Apparently this is unique to Honda hybrids. This is very misleading. Also my agreement stipulates a full detail every six months, and this was NOT done at this time. At least the car should have been washed and interior cleaned. All very disappointing. More

I took my 2021 Honda Civic for service in November of 2023 because both fog lights were out along with the driver’s side headlight. Considering that the vehicle was not yet 3 years old, that was odd but 2023 because both fog lights were out along with the driver’s side headlight. Considering that the vehicle was not yet 3 years old, that was odd but they changed the bulbs that were out and that was that. Fast forward to April 2024, there is another bulb out. I take it in for service again but this time, now that my car was out of warranty, they discover that the real problem is a broken/damaged harness. The cost for replacement is over $600. I don’t disagree that was what was causing the issue with the lights but I find it odd and questionable that it was not discovered when the vehicle was taken for service the first time while still under warranty. The service person in November should have looked into it further at the time considering there were 3 bulbs out on a relatively new car. Additionally, I asked to inspect the harness, and that was never provided. More

My service rep, Samantha, was very customer focused. She kept me apprised of the status of my service and items that required attention during the diagnostics check.
