Being a older person, I have experienced numerous situations at various dealership relating to the service of my cars.Most of the incidents involved the service employees talking down to me as well as leaving my car dirty, with grease everywhere. After visiting Brickell Honda to purchase my first Honda, the service that followed was wonderful. Professionl persons took care of my problems in a timely manner with absolutely no hassles,no misunderstandings,,no problems. I was very impressed to see the Service mgr, Chandler, was so involved with the actual clients coming in for service. Normally you do not see not to mention meet the manager, unless there is a problem. This was very re-assuring to me. The entire service area has always been very clean and organized. I love my Honda Accord which was special ordered and delivered without incident. I will always take my Honda back to Brickell for service and I will return their for my next Honda purchase. I have and will continue to recommend Brickell Honda, not only for sales, but especially for the service. In this day and time, the service after the sale is the driving force of the dealership and at Brickell Honda that is unbeatable. More
My experience at Brickell Honda was outstanding, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The reason I say this is because I have been to several dealerships in my lifetime both to buy a new car and exceeded my expectations in every way. The reason I say this is because I have been to several dealerships in my lifetime both to buy a new car and for service and it seems that there is always a complication. The car was not fixed in the time that it was promised, there is a hidden charge that you were never told about, the employees seem miserable and they project that onto the customer, the employees do not provide you with updates, etc... I was convinced that customer service was a thing of the past. However, at Brickell Honda the service rep was very friendly and curteous over the phone, he was waiting for me outside when I arrived at the dealership, he sat me down and explained the entire process to me. He was able to find out what company my warranty was with (I had left the paperwork at home), he kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. When it was clear that my vehicle was not going to be ready in time because they needed to order a part he took initiative and sent the shuttle to my work place, brought me back to the dealership and had a rental car waiting for me. All I had to do was show up, make a copy of my license and sign a piece of paper and I was out the door with the rental. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service, they really made me feel like my problem was their first priority. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend Brickell Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car or service their existing vehicle. I can say with 100 percent certainty that the next vehicle I purchase will be from Brickell Honda. More
Unfortunately I'm having several various problems with my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL. On average I end up visiting the service department at Brickell Motors at least once a month. It takes a lot of my valuable time, energy and generally I'm very disappointed with the trucks' quality. The only thing that makes things better is the very high level of professionalism of the service team at Brickell Motors. I usually deal with Mariano Martinez and I'd say he is the most friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service representative I've ever met. He always does the best for me in the most timely manner possible. I would definitely recommend the dealerships' service dpt to anyone I know. More
