Brickell Honda - Service Center

Deficient service at Brickell Honda My car is only two years old. Took it for the regular maintenance Wednesday, April 24. I was sold the plus first- mile maintenance plan when car was p My car is only two years old. Took it for the regular maintenance Wednesday, April 24. I was sold the plus first- mile maintenance plan when car was purchased. Car was due for oil change, multi inspection and tire rotation. Wednesday’s service advisor offered additional services as usual, alignment, transmission fluid, nothing seemed urgent and when given service report it said all was in “perfect shape”. Today car didn’t start, and multiple alerts were triggered; had to get a tow truck to take it to dealer. Lost a day of work....When today’s advisor returned it said that battery needed replacement and upon complaining about previous service done two days before, tried to convince me that batteries died “unexpectedly” like I was completely ignorant about simple maintenance. I might not be a mechanic but if you have had a car before you know that any shop can measure how long your battery has left at any given time. The car was serviced just two days before and the service report I was given even said “battery test analysis performed”. Someone is doing a very crappy job!! Tried to complain to the manager but was told he was on vacation. Furthermore, upon seeing frustration, Advisor even acknowledged that one of the services offered-not included in the prepaid maintenance plan, wasn’t even needed until the next service. Very disappointed with the overall experience and it’s not the first time that Brickell Honda has made me waste precious time. More

Satisfied I was very pleased that the issue with my car was resolved. The service department starting with the telephone rep who scheduled my appointment on the I was very pleased that the issue with my car was resolved. The service department starting with the telephone rep who scheduled my appointment on the same day to Jesus who took me on a test drive to listen for the problem were great. The mechanic was able to fix the problem and have the car ready the same day. Excellent service and attention to the customer. More

Best service in all Florida! I don’t trust anyone but the guys at Brickell Honda. I’ve been a loyal client since I purchased my car there back in 2012. Sam Vidal is by far the bes I don’t trust anyone but the guys at Brickell Honda. I’ve been a loyal client since I purchased my car there back in 2012. Sam Vidal is by far the best service rep they have! He’s truly an asset. Always is courteous, attentive and knows his stuff!
