Brickell Honda - Service Center

The worse service center I suppose to have an appointment this past Saturday 11/9 for a re-call maintenance. At the beginning I asked if this was going to take too long or not and the person who call me said no, when I arrived to Honda they told me ok sr you have to leave the car here everyday , no way, I just one car and I have more things to do they couldn’t help me and told that I have to back when I have time, I’m sorry but you will have to wait because I don’t have time for honda issues if you want to do any change to my car you must come to my work and take my car while I’m working . A BAD SITUATION IN TO AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I just want to give thanks to Brickell Honda and give MANY thanks for them helping me out in a bad situation. I recently had my car wheels stolen and I just want to give thanks to Brickell Honda and give MANY thanks for them helping me out in a bad situation. I recently had my car wheels stolen and left on Bricks in my driveway. My insurance company was not very helpful and I went to the dealership to see what can be done. I want to thank Miguel Diaz for helping me out with everything. From dealing with the insurance company, getting my car towed to the dealer and even helping me with a rental car. This guy took care of me and I will give him a recommendation for this as no one else was helping out (insurance). More
