Not the best service It was my first visit to do an oil change at this location. I had always visited Largo Honda and the level of service is nothing compared to this loca It was my first visit to do an oil change at this location. I had always visited Largo Honda and the level of service is nothing compared to this location. I had an appointment and I was assuming my car will be ready within an hour or so. But it took 2 hours and half with an appointment. When i went to ask about my car she didn’t know about my car. She had to ask me for the name again and she just told me that my car is next in line. I don’t know what that means since my car has been inside for a little over an hour so I asked the lady what was that mean in time... and she told me like another 30 minutes. I don’t know how that works in that location. In other location it usually takes 1 hour or so with appointment and they let me know in advance how long it will take, but not in this one and the attitude that i was giving the answer with was like I should’ve known it was going to take over 2 hours. Well, no I didn’t. They guy at cashier couldn’t find my car paperwork at first, and then it jokes about the price.... seriously!!! I don’t think my face was friendly at that moment to make extra comments, so that was unnecessary More

And they told they were short on technicians. How somebody take your keys apart without your consent and doesn’t even advice you about it. Witse place ever More

I had booked a regular A Service pack with my app and when I got to the dealer even though it was not schedule with my usual service personal he took I had booked a regular A Service pack with my app and when I got to the dealer even though it was not schedule with my usual service personal he took the time to go out and great me and say hello. He said he would check and follow up on my service call. I t resulted I needed also to aline my vehicle and he told me and took care of It.
