He quickly arranged transportation for me back to my house as the work was going to take 3 to 4 hours and from my house to the dealership once the work was completed (annual service +a recall + strange noice in closing the driver side window (part for repair had to be ordered and that work is pending). My experience with this service was great. The only thing I would like the dealership to do, which in years past other Honda dealerships had done when we took our cars for service, was to return the car with the rugs vacuumed and the car wash. That was a truly nice touch. More
