Brickell Honda - Service Center

Luis was great, but that was the end of the quality service. On my way home, the tire air pressure sensor turned on. I had to add air to 2 tires and the other 2 had a higher pressure than the specifie service. On my way home, the tire air pressure sensor turned on. The passenger side sun visor was full of dirt and grease, there was a dent on one of the back doors and the windshield wiper fluid had been filled with water. I had already purchased windshield wiper fluid, because I don't like to use water. In a nutshell, nobody asked me before filling it with water. I did not contact the Brickell Honda to report any of those findings because I simply do not have time to deal with that hassle. I'm simply not going back. More

The dealership was packed but my service rep called me in right away. It took 5 hours to get the car ready because there was also an issue with one of the tires.
