Went to Brickell Honda to purchase a CPO 2007 Honda fit that just arrived from them that they advertised online. The process was straight forward, and they answered all the questions I asked. Also when I was taking the car home after driving it from the lot I noticed a problem with the drivers side door randomly not being able to open, I told them about it and they sent a locksmith to repair it at their expense they were also kind enough to get their service department to de-gunk under the hood as well. Also really impressed with Honda's first time buyer and financing rates for CPO vehicles. My only complaint would be that the retail price was higher than the internet price by $1000 but that looks like that would happen everywhere. Overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience and the quality of the car Brickell Honda has sold me. More
I was looking for a used car through their internet site. I found a used Accord with a great price and proceeded to contact their internet manager. I confirmed both by the internet and through the phone tha I found a used Accord with a great price and proceeded to contact their internet manager. I confirmed both by the internet and through the phone that indeed this car was on their lot for the price stated. On the same day that I went into their site, I again confirmed the availability, description and price. I wanted to make sure the car was available as I was 1 hour way from their location and did not want to waste my time. I get there and I am greeted by the Internet Manager, led to the used car area and handed off to another sales person. The Internet Manager then DISAPPEARS and can not be located. The used car sales man proceeds to "try" to locate the car that I was interested in and of course, it is not available. I show them the printout with the VIN from their website and they just don't know where that car is on their lot. He proceeds to elevate my inquiry to his manager and they can't locate it but will try and locate a similar deal, which is no where near what they had advertised. I wasted a total of 3 hours with these people!!! 2 hours of commute time and 1 hour there trying to purchase the vehicle they had falsely advertised. More

From the moment I walked through the Brickell Motor door, Jod and I set up a test drive after talking about my interest in the car through internet. From the moment I walked through the Brickell Motor door, Jody Sinanan assisted me with the car I was interested in and even helped me explore other options. I selected the 5 speed Honda Civic coupe to test drive and immediately fell for the vehicle. We agreed on a deal, talked about financing options, set up the insurance and license plate all at the dealership, which made the experience smooth and rewarding. I highly recommend buying one of Brickell Honda's stellar rides. More
Short version: Carlos Cruz and Gilbert Mendoza are unfriendly and conniving. With my newly purchased used vehicle in day 3 of a 6 month warranty and already having some serious issues, they were misle unfriendly and conniving. With my newly purchased used vehicle in day 3 of a 6 month warranty and already having some serious issues, they were misleading, rude, and extremely deceptive. STAY AWAY from Brickell Motors. Long version: What an absolute nightmare. The vehicle was listed on AutoTrader and was reasonably priced. I called and went in for a test drive. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and a test drive was completed. Once I sat down to talk about the price, the vehicle was suddenly $1,500 more than was listed, due to "dealer fees" and other fees. After negotiation a bit, and then leaving to think about the price, I finally called back and settled on a deal. Up until this point, all of the people were more than friendly. However, once I paid and the vehicle was in my name, this changed drastically. The first issue was that they had sent off my registration to the FDOT with my DL number in the VIN number field. I noticed this before I left the dealership, and had to get them to redo the paperwork - a fault on their part that seemed to be a terrible chore. Once that was fixed, I left and went home. 2 days later, the check engine light came on, the steering column was grinding, and there was excessive road noise about 30mph. I immediately took the vehicle in and spoke to Mr. Gilbert Mendoza who, without even letting me finish telling him what the issues were, began to blame me for every single issue in a very rude tone. After a lot of sighing and groaning, he said they would take a look at the vehicle. This was a Monday at 830am. That evening, the vehicle hadn't even been touched, and no one in the service department had orders on what to look at or that it even needed service. I talked to Mr. Mendoza who didn't remember me and Mr. Cruz who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Finally, after applying a little pressure, they gave me a loaner car with zero fuel. When I raised the issue that there was no fuel, they said they were not responsible for how much fuel was in the loaner vehicle. After 20 minutes or so, they relented and gave me a $20 fuel voucher. The Saturn SUV loaner they gave me was in horrible condition, yet it had a for sale sign in the window and was pulled right off the for sale line. Electronics were haywire, the engine sounded like it had server issues, and a multitude of other things. I can only imagine that this is the condition of the majority of their used cars, they just bet that most people won't bring it back in to get it fixed. Days passed, and again, no one seemed to know what was being done to my vehicle or whether or not it had been looked at. I went in twice a day, everyday, until that Thursday when I finally spoke to the owner of the dealership and the foreman of the shop (Oscar, the foreman, was the only decent person in the place) and they had my vehicle fixed. Over $600 in repairs, including a temp sensor that was $300, 4 new tires (discount, off brand tires), and fixing the steering linkage. They wanted to blame and intimidate me into thinking these repairs were my fault and that they were not going to fix them. All in all STAY AWAY from the used car department. Carlos Cruz and Gilbert Mendoza are there to swindle you. In the end, with repeated calls to the owners of the dealership, most of which were misdirected to disconnected numbers, they stepped in and finally got the vehicle right. I will not be going anywhere near this dealership in the future, and would rather go to a more reputable place like Maroone or AutoNation. More
