I was very disappointed with the quality of service in this dealership. I went to drop my car off for a service and got met by employees who were rude and not firmly or welcoming at all. I got told to go wait at an office with no explanation and that the guy that was supposed to talk to me was on his lunch break so I had to wait until he finished eating. I myself had to look for assistance with someone else because I was very frustrated at the lack of help I was receiving. Overall, very disappointed with the service in this dealership and will from now on take my car somewhere else. More

Very bad service, I left my car from 7:30am, and I was supposed to get a call at 12:00pm for them to tell what was wrong for the car and I never received a call Then I start calling and every single per supposed to get a call at 12:00pm for them to tell what was wrong for the car and I never received a call Then I start calling and every single person that I talk to told, the service personal will call you in 15 min.
