Andrea is a great, wonderul service advisor for me! My husband has dementia so it is entirely up to me to keep our car in great shape. Just a great experience. Timely, friendly, professional service at a reasonable rate. That's hard to find today! I had been having trouble with my 2003 Ford Expedition,it seemed every time it rained it would start acting up. After replacing several coil packs, the alternator twice, the processor, our local mechanic sa seemed every time it rained it would start acting up. After replacing several coil packs, the alternator twice, the processor, our local mechanic said take it to Briarwood so I did and it was the best thing I did. Andrea took the time to communicate, actually to just listen to me. To listen to what had been happening with the car which she then took to the mechanic and as soon as he heard one of the things we discussed of many he was able to zero in on what the problem was and diagnose it correctly finally!!! and fix it. Maybe I needed all of the coil packs and the 2 alternators and the processor but maybe I didn't, next time I'll know for sure because you can bet I'll be calling Andrea at Briarwood Ford when I need service. As a female it is nice to be able to go into a dealership for service and not be "talked down to" as happens so many times in other places. Good job Andrea and Briarwood Ford. My car wouldn't start, I called Briarwood Ford at 9am had the car in at 10. They had a new starter on hand and the car was fixed by 1:30. I have been having my car serviced by Briarwood Ford for about 10-1 the car in at 10. They had a new starter on hand and the car was fixed by 1:30. By far... THE WORST experience with a service department that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i would never, ever even think about using them or recommending them to anyone. They not on that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i would never, ever even think about using them or recommending them to anyone. They not only ruined my car the first time they claimed to fix it, they made it worse and more expensive to repair and then when all was said and done, the overall damage that was done to my vehicle was beyond comprehension. DO NOT EVER USE Briarwood Ford Service! More
