Ted Miller is heaven sent! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM! I'm beyond ecstatic that Briarwood Ford acquired Ted Miller! Ted's personality and willingness to help others is just amazing! Writing this review does no justice for Ted Miller, because words can't even explain the genuine gratitude that comes to my heart when I think of Ted. My heart smiles when I see his face, because I know Ted will make everything right and I will leave with what I wanted plus 5 times more than I expected because Ted goes over and beyond what is asked of him. PLEASE keep Ted because wherever he goes, I go and his future customers! I LOVE TED MILLER so much that if something ever happen to him, I would pass out! More

As it was very hard to go without my car due to my family all being gone and no backup car, Andrea worked very hard to get us another loaner car AND to have my Explorer returned to me as quickly as possible. Everyone was professional and courteous and extremely helpful with updates and quick service. Again, unfortunately once my car was back, I had to return it again, however it was done with ease, and again Andrea went above and beyond in her customer service by once again providing me with a loaner, a free car wash and oil change. They were very quick and efficient and even though they had a lot of cars due to the recall, they made me feel like a special customer and I was satisfied with all of their help, especially Andrea who is so personable and cheerful. My husband filled out a response card incorrectly which gave the dealership a wrong grading, and I wanted to make sure that a huge shout out goes to Briarwood Ford for all of their help and quick service. A great Service department with great employees! More
MORE OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY BRIARWOOD FORD SALINE, MI Just when I though my headaches were over with my 2007 Ford Focus, another problem surfaced. I started developing transmission problems. Eeek! Call Just when I though my headaches were over with my 2007 Ford Focus, another problem surfaced. I started developing transmission problems. Eeek! Called Briarwood Ford, Paul Mazzara, service adviser, and they said get it here as soon as you can. So I got it there that Tuesday evening just before closing. After I dropped it off, the next day, I called other dealers and independent transmission services to see how long before they could get to me just out of curiosity. 2 weeks before they could even start looking at it. Today, got a call saying the car was ready. Took only 3 days. For those of you reading this, I suggest you just call Briarwood Ford and ask for Paul Mazzara in service. My point is this. Briarwood Ford takes pride in its service department. In the 65 years I have been on this planet, and dealing with many, many, Ford dealers throughout the years, nothing comes close to the personal service and care this dealership has to offer. The salesman who sold my daughter her car, Ted Miller, even got involved with it. This dealership works together as a team like I have never seen before. I have been seeing Paul for more then 10year, he always has a smile, he treaties you like a family member, and no matter how busy his day is, he never says no to help anyone. I meet Matt though Paul, and same goes for Matt, he always has a great smile on his face, no matter how the day is going. They take there time in explaining you what is the problem, and they don't try to over sale you on things that you don't need. The reason for me to go to Briarwood Ford for 10+yrs is for the excellent/outstanding Service that I receive and also the friendly faces. :) Thank you Paul and Matt. :) More

Outstanding Act of Kindness It isn't everyday that you receive random acts of kindness from people in places you least expect them but today was one of those days and I'm sure ma It isn't everyday that you receive random acts of kindness from people in places you least expect them but today was one of those days and I'm sure many more will follow. I recently purchased my Escape from Briarwood Ford and I needed to order a few "cosmetic" parts for the inside. It was no problem getting the parts and picking them up, minus the tropical rain storm that occurred the day I visited the parts department. In fact I thought I was even going to be able to instal the few parts myself, it looked pretty easy! LIttle did I know it was going to be much more difficult than I thought. Paul Mazzara, who not only watched me walk in and out of the parts and service department in the pouring rain only a few days before and offered me an umbrella, offered to "check it out" when I came back needing help. His outstanding act of kindness didn't just stop with the offer to help me stay dry from the rain but continued when he spent over and hour and a half of his own personal time assisting me in putting new faces on my radio dash. I'm talking taking hidden screws, nuts, bolts and wires. Oh the wires! Now, I know a thing or two about teaching children to read or write but when it came to this you might as well told me it was brain surgery! His "yeah, I'll check it out" turned into a real maintenance and service need that could easily have cost much time and money! Paul didn't give up. He didn't leave me hanging to dry but in fact saved again. He made sure I left Briarwood Ford with screws, nuts, bolts and wires all back where they needed to be and a brand new shining radio dash. He truly performed an outstanding act of kindness, way beyond his job description. He will be remembered all the way in Colorado and I will always buy a Ford. More
My 19 year daughter visited the Briarwood Service Center to get an additional key made for her Focus. This is a kid, first time to a dealer who knows nothing of cars or how things are done. The woman explai to get an additional key made for her Focus. This is a kid, first time to a dealer who knows nothing of cars or how things are done. The woman explained the key was $35. She was made to pull in and they inspected car to find a rear light bulb / reverse burned out. She was given an estimate of about $30 to repair it. My daughter said, "Fine". After 45 minutes she paid for it, THE BILL WAS $161! THIS WAS FOR A KEY AND LIGHT BULB. LABOR WAS $111 TO REPLACE A LIGHTBULB! MAYBE THAT WAS PARTIALLY THE LABOR TO TURN ON A LAPTOP TO PROGRAM THE KEY. My wife, daughter and I came back to complain and met with Jeff, the service manager and the woman who helped my daughter. They would not let my daughter explain things, they explained things and put things in her mouth like an attorney. I argued with them and it got very heated. The service manager stood up and got right in my face, my wife thought he was going to get physical! It was the worst experience I can imagine as a local Saline resident. The service manager is a complete xxxxxxx who made no attempt to credit us part of the insanely high amount back and justified his position with his "$7,500 laptop" to program keys and asked me "Can't your daughter read?". I was so humiliated over this meeting it was hard to describe. All over a key and a .20 light bulb! AGAIN, THIS HEATED ARGUMENT WAS IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE MIND YOU. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT OR RECOMMEND ANYONE HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AT BRIARWOOD FORD. I ASKED TO SPLIT THE BILL IN HALF AND HE LAUGHED AT ME. 3.26.14 Update: The sales manager, Tom Bicknell was incredibly professional. He met with us and gave my daughter a partial refund. His department is separate though from the service department. I would retrack this if the service department manager apologized personally to my daughter. It's funny, we hold our kids accountable but getting an apology from an adult is sometimes far more difficult. Thank you, Jeff Kermath More
Extraordinary Service! As a result, I travel 250 miles to get my car needs taken care of at Briarwood Ford. Paul Mazzara always provides excellent customer service, working with me to proactively take care of maintenance needs before major problems arise. I never hesitate to call Paul from Chicago and ask about issues that come up with the car. He is responsive and he offers excellent advice and explanations on how to resolve mechanical problems and when to plan for more routine services. I value Paul’s knowledge as well as his kindness and pleasant nature. I trust him for good car advice and would highly recommend him. He’s really the greatest! More
