"Awesome Experience" Our salesman Mark Garcia sold a car to our daughter this summer and I mentioned how I liked the Transit Wagon. Mark immediately tried to find one for us but discovered he couldn't get one as they were under recall. We couldn't even test drive one. Mark didn't give up and continued to look around for both a new and or used 12 passenger van. Mark found us a van in Pennsylvania on Thursday and we drove away with it on Monday. Mark was persistent and worked on finding what we wanted. The dealership was very cordial . Love the van! More

Ultimate successful search by Briarwood Ford I had several requirements in searching for “the” used vehicle for my family. Not only was I looking at something to fit my budget but I was looking f I had several requirements in searching for “the” used vehicle for my family. Not only was I looking at something to fit my budget but I was looking for a small SUV with low miles, fuel efficient, sun/moon roof and easy for my elderly mother to get into. I went to 3 dealerships one in Chelsea, Jackson and Saline (Briarwood). The salesman at Briarwood Ford was by far more personable. Mark Garcia gave me better choices and lower costs than the other dealerships but the vehicle with my complete wishlist was not located. The following week Mark texted me. A vehicle just came in that matched my total needs list. He immediately reserved it for me and let me test drive it. I still can’t believe it. Mark got my payments down and the used Escape had low miles, good gas mileage, a moon roof and a handle on the side doorframe to help my mom get in. The car was meticulously checked out by their maintenance crew. My own mechanic confirmed this before I purchased it. They even polished the car removing little scratches. It looks like a new vehicle. Mark completed the paperwork while my family and I went to lunch. Reviewing and signing the paperwork took little time. Bruno, my agent, priced out the exact vehicle I wanted and then informed me that I could get a luxury interior package with my new car for cheaper than the package I was originally looking at. He even went and picked up the car that I wanted which was in another dealership's inventory. Everything went great and I'm a very happy customer and would recommend Briarwood Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle to lease or buy. More

Service department We purchased an extended warranty with the purchase of our truck, 3 months after buying our truck major repair is needed. We drop off the truck days later we were charged $250 just to look at it then tell us nothing is covered with our extended warranty and they wanted over $3000.00 for repair! We have been asking for an explanation regarding the warranty and the dealership keeps blowing us off! VERY FRUSTRATED with them. More
