Emily Buckel made it easy for me to pick up my new car, and provided a detailed description of all of the features, and helped me learn how to optimize the settings for the software. and provided a detailed description of all of the features, and helped me learn how to optimize the settings for the software. Owner response to my google review was untrue and said it is first come first serve. I had Salesperson tag vehicle in system first today. General Mgr had him remove it because of over MSRP offer today. Ma is first come first serve. I had Salesperson tag vehicle in system first today. General Mgr had him remove it because of over MSRP offer today. Maybe GM is not telling owner the whole truth. Bottom line it poor integrity to reserve an incoming vehicle and then take away reservation for an above MSRP offer. More
Don't ever go here. I spent 2 weeks at this place for them to find a wire that a rodent chewed on. Which i told them in the begining would most likely be the case since it only had 60k miles on it and wo them to find a wire that a rodent chewed on. Which i told them in the begining would most likely be the case since it only had 60k miles on it and worked fine day before. Didn't hit anything or land any huge bumps get my car checked regularly only service besides this done was them messing with keys cause my daughter set off the anti-theft security system. I'm still making payments on this car. Instead of starting where you know most would think to the main area where electrical things happen they start at my seats.Even after they personally said yes it's probably a rodent. Didn't get my diagnosis of this wire til a week and half later first 2 days didn't mess with i called everyday with 2 day breaks in between to mess with other people's cars. Labor cost 700+ parts 60$ asked them to fix one key that the clicker wasn't registering for didn't happen and they left a oil/Grease smell i have no idea where is in my car so now have to clean the crap out of car cause they were messing with an area didn't have to in first place just to gouge the price of the fix. Oh and They gave me a 5% discount to a veteran. Day after veterans day came to about 20-30$ off. Most places go to and mind you i don't use that vet status very often give at least 10%. Only reason took to a dealership in first place was cause I knew was electrical in nature and didn't know if was my keys again which mechanics can't mess with and had to get it towed there. More
Will not buy Ford again and specifically would recommend against this dealership for service. I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion 4.5 years ago new. At 80,000 miles, it overheated. I took it to Briarwood and wa against this dealership for service. I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion 4.5 years ago new. At 80,000 miles, it overheated. I took it to Briarwood and was told they would look at it soon. A week passes and I call them up. "Oh yeah, we looked at it and it's the engine." My car was affected by a known engine design defect allowing coolant into the cylinders. The TSB issued by Ford calls for a new long block (at a cost of over $8,000.) My car's warranty expired at 60k miles and so I was asked to pay out of pocket. I asked Ken to make a request to Ford to help out on the cost after reading they paid a portion of many other customers' new engine. He says OK. A week passes. I call him up and he says he's trying to figure out how to put the request into the computer. xxx? Another week passes, "Still trying to figure out how to put it in the computer, let me talk to someone else here." A few days later I call back and they've managed to put the request in - after 2 and a half weeks of waiting. Then they lose my service records I sent them and I have to email them a second time. Another week passes. Finally Ford offers a price of a little over $3,000 for the engine, expiring in two weeks. I try to get a hold of anyone at Ford corporate - including by asking Ken to send a letter over to them. He sits on the letter for over a week because he can't figure out how to send it to them. Nobody on Ford corporate's phone line is willing to talk to me. "Take it up with your service advisor." Ford never responded to Ken either - allegedly. So I end up paying $3,200 for the new engine - BUT THAT'S NOT AT ALL. After the new engine is in, my CEL has come on - it wasn't on when I took it into the shop. The O2 sensor is bad. Hmmm, perhaps it was broken during the engine installation? Ken insists that's not the case and wants an additional $440 to replace an O2 sensor. Unbelievable. Lost a customer for life. At least I have my car again after $3,200 and 2.5 months. Of course, I had to buy another car in the meantime since it took 2.5 months and a rental car would've cost an arm and a leg (not that they were available anyway thanks to the pandemic! I looked!) Ted Miller was a wonderful salesman to work with! Not pushy at all and we feel like we got a good deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used or new car. pushy at all and we feel like we got a good deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used or new car. More
Vehicle brought in for recall service and tires. Workmanship shoddy, hostile service advisor, indifferent service manager, vehicle left outside with window down, advertised tire price match and tire Workmanship shoddy, hostile service advisor, indifferent service manager, vehicle left outside with window down, advertised tire price match and tire rebate not honored, tires not properly balanced, parts missing, vehicle now throws error codes where it didn' going in. Overall terrible service. I've bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past, now I won't spend another dime at this place. More
