Everything about buying my new 2013 Ford Fusion from Ed May was exemplary. From the beginning, he said his goal was to make my purchase experience the easiest I'd ever had, and he succeeded. From initial contact, to a very competitive quote (I ended up getting the X plan non-negotiable price, but before then, I appreciated that he did not play games with pricing), through followups on when the car would arrive, to final signing, Ed kept me updated with well-written, timely emails. When I had specific concerns and questions, he addressed them immediately to my satisfaction. I was impressed by his great attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile (literally -- he personally offered to drive out from Saline to Troy to pick me up when I did not have transportation). I give Ed May my highest recommendation -- I'd definitely buy from him again. More

I just took delivery of a 2013 Ford Escape SE. I worked with David Crisp. I could not be happier with the vehicle, with David or with Briarwood Ford. The entire process was like clock work. David was very professional, he was thorough and consistent in his follow-up. He worked hard to find the exact vehicle I requested. The delivery process was the smoothest I have ever experinced, all the paperwork was prepared before I arrive and all of it was accurate. The only suprise was that the payment was a few dollars per month less than David had promised. All of the vehicles functions and features were explained to me in detail and the more complex ones demonstrated. I would highly reccomend David and Briarwood Ford to friends and family! More

I would highly recommend Briarwood Ford for buying or leasing a Ford product. The experience we had at Briarwood was a great one. Tom Bicknell and Bruno Seminara were more professional and helpful than a leasing a Ford product. The experience we had at Briarwood was a great one. The other thing we liked about our experience was the personal and friendly way we were dealt with. It felt like we were good friends with both gentlemen by the time we left with our new Focus. They brought a car in from Indiana that fit our needs which really impressed me. Anyone interested in a Ford product should check out this dealership. More

Mark listened to what I really needed to make this vehicle work for me. I needed the back seats to lay flat and wanted a way for the front drivers seat to adjust up or down for me. I also wanted a m vehicle work for me. I needed the back seats to lay flat and wanted a way for the front drivers seat to adjust up or down for me. I also wanted a moonroof since I had a pop up one in my escort so before I said I would like a moonroof, he said "I see you have a pop up roof in your escort. You probably would like one in this one also." He was not pushing to get me to have more then what I needed in a car. I appreciated that very much!
