I am in Love. I love my new metallic blue Fusion. There wasn't a blue one on the lot, BUT Karl found me the car I wanted with Touch included. I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Ed May at Briarwood Ford and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I live in Lake Orion, MI which is quite a drive from Briarwood, but Ed i at Briarwood Ford and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I live in Lake Orion, MI which is quite a drive from Briarwood, but Ed insisted that the drive would be worth the service that I would receive. He did not disappoint. I had previously had a dealing with another dealership that was less than desirable and came in with low expectations. Fortunately, Ed was extremely reliable and took great care of me. I called the evening prior to coming down and told Ed what I wanted, he set the car aside for me and I came down and made the seamless purchase first thing the next morning. After we returned from a test drive of the car, Ed (NOT ME!!!) noticed a nail in the rear tire of the car. He immediately had the service department take the car back and put a brand new tire on. I was extremely impressed with his honesty, communication, and customer service. Without a doubt I would recommend Ed and Briarwood Ford to anyone in the state of Michigan. I have hundreds of dealerships around my home, but if I were to purchase another vehicle, I will be driving down to Saline to visit Ed and Briarwood. More
I needed to replace my 10 y/o Jeep Liberty, hopefully with something more fuel efficient. My daughter suggested looking at the Ford C-MAX. Although I was prepared NOT to like it, I respected her opinion with something more fuel efficient. My daughter suggested looking at the Ford C-MAX. Although I was prepared NOT to like it, I respected her opinion and stopped at another dealer (closer to my office) first. I drove the C-MAX first and was pleasantly surprised. I drove a 2013 Escape, and was equally surprised..... I liked the C-MAX better! There were several features from my Jeep that I wanted to carry over to my new vehicle.....one was heated leather seats. The sales representative at the other dealership said the C-MAX was not available in leather yet. We left, had lunch, and then went to Briarwood Ford in Saline. While we were looking in the lot, Mark Garcia came out and introduced himself, and, upon learning my requirements, immediately took me to see a C-MAX with heated leather seats! We drove it and both my husband and myself were sold. The handling, interior, technology, and ride, were all superior. After searching with Mark online to find the color/amenities I wanted, we decided to special order one, which could take 6 weeks or more. From the point of order to picking up my new C-MAX last night my experience with Briarwood Ford in general, and Mark Garcia in particular was excellent. Mark gave me his direct line, cell phone, and email and encouraged me to call/email with any questions. And I did...probably more than he expected....but he graciously took each call, responded to each email and answered all my questions. Financing was arranged with ease and Mark took special care to make sure I understood the basic working of the new technology in the C-MAX before I left the lot last night. I'm confident that Mark will be there if/when I have more questions in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with the car, my experience with the dealership, and Mark. I will happily recommend Briarwood and Mark to friends and family. More
