Everyone on the Briarwood Ford Team strives to insure a positive customer experience. That being said, this individual has never purchased or serviced a vehicle here. This gentleman purchased a Honda from a private owner, who asked us in favor to have the door painted and to show the vehicle to his potential buyer. Due to a winter storm, the door was unable to be finished as quickly as anticipated. Even as they had no profit to gain, as a courtesy they offered to help facilitate this private sale. Paul Holstein and Mark Garcia are fantastic and attentive employees and in no way deserve a negative review.
