I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Ed May at Briarwood Ford and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I live in Lake Orion, MI which is quite a drive from Briarwood, but Ed i at Briarwood Ford and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I live in Lake Orion, MI which is quite a drive from Briarwood, but Ed insisted that the drive would be worth the service that I would receive. He did not disappoint. I had previously had a dealing with another dealership that was less than desirable and came in with low expectations. Fortunately, Ed was extremely reliable and took great care of me. I called the evening prior to coming down and told Ed what I wanted, he set the car aside for me and I came down and made the seamless purchase first thing the next morning. After we returned from a test drive of the car, Ed (NOT ME!!!) noticed a nail in the rear tire of the car. He immediately had the service department take the car back and put a brand new tire on. I was extremely impressed with his honesty, communication, and customer service. Without a doubt I would recommend Ed and Briarwood Ford to anyone in the state of Michigan. I have hundreds of dealerships around my home, but if I were to purchase another vehicle, I will be driving down to Saline to visit Ed and Briarwood. More
