The Management Team at Briarwood Ford has researched this unfortunate situation and fully accepts and realized that this customer was mishandled on this day. We contacted this customer to review all the issues and supply them with transportation while their car is in for service. The car is fixed to their satisfaction and they acknowledge our apology and our willingness to make things right.
