We had an amazingly positive experience with Briarwood Ford. They retrieved the exact 2013 F-150 we were looking from a dealer about 50 miles away and held it on their lot for almost a month while we got Ford. When the truck was delivered it was spotless and had a full tank of gas that showed over 500 miles until empty. David Crisp, our salesman, understands the Sync system very well and spent over an hour showing us everything the truck could do. The sales manager Tom Bicknell made the entire process very easy and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of before we arrived. We spent less than 20 minutes completing the transaction. Briarwood is a great local dealer who always has someone there to help you when you arrive. They will also leave you alone if you just want to look around. We have had a great experience with Paul Mazarro in the service department. Paul really cares that you get what you need when you need it. He stayed in touch with us everyday while our previous truck was in for service so we knew exactly what was going on and when to expect it. He explains what is needed to fix the vehicle and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Paul is a real car guy and we don't mind going in for service because it's always been a good experience. More

My family has done business with Briarwood Ford for over a decade. We currently have four Ford vehicles in our family all purchased through Briarwood. We have to pass three Ford dealerships in order to get to Briarwood. We are always greeted by name and made to feel like they're happy to see us. I've never ever been pressured to make a decision. We feel completely confident that our best interest is the most important factor. Our all "5" rating is based on Briarwood having earned that right! I would like to start off by saying I'm not sure which rep. we dealt with, but he was very nice. I had to pick one to complete the review. The staff was very friendly and they were able to get us which rep. we dealt with, but he was very nice. I had to pick one to complete the review. The staff was very friendly and they were able to get us a great deal on a used truck with a warranty that we purchased separately. About a week after we purchased the truck my fiance noticed that one of the pumps in the engine was leaking so we took it back up to the dealership. They told us it would be about $100 just to run diagnostics to see what part wasn't working, even though we told them what part was leaking and we had the warranty. They explained that they don't honor the $0 diagnostic part of the warranty, but we could take it somewhere else that may. They then went on to tell us that if the pump in question was leaking, it would be about another $200 to replace. We looked up the part online and found that the pump sells for $40 and immediately took the truck back before they could charge us anything. We found that there was a sealant put in the pump to disguise the leak. I don't want to accuse them of putting this in there because we don't have proof, but it did sit at their dealership for a while before being sold and the employees were taking the truck home for their own use. I know this because they removed the hitch as soon as we signed the paperwork and when we asked why, they sales person said it was because it didn't come with the truck, but was being used by one of the employees that had put the hitch on there. Because of their lack of willingness to fix an issue that was obviously wrong when we purchased the truck, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Issue with a 2012 focus that the dealer I bought it from had for over a week and never could find the problem. Took it here to Briarwood Ford and within 4 days had it all taken care of. During the stay we walk around of course and everything was clean and employees where all very nice to wrok/talk with. More
I stopped by Briarwood Ford in early May to browse around, because I was thinking of trading in my Escape for a new car. Sam Falk came up to me while I was looking at the new Taurus and wanted to kno around, because I was thinking of trading in my Escape for a new car. Sam Falk came up to me while I was looking at the new Taurus and wanted to know if he could help me. He is a very, very nice and kind man, and I said okay. I ended up driving two different Taurus's, a new Escape and the Edge, of which I always wanted since they first came out. I did decide to buy the Edge. He really helped me out a lot for finding the right finance company to go through and the best percentage rate. He really went out of his way to help, as I am sure he does with every customer. I would highly recommend Sam for their dealer. When I decide to trade again, which is every three years or so, I would, without a doubt, go back to Sam Falk. He is the best.
