I was very pleased with all David did for me. He was a very pleasant person to work with. He has offered to help me even though I have bought my Escape already. Has even offers to help me learn on the electronics that I have had no clue on. I am enjoying all the things I have never had. I have been showing off to everyone I know. Told them if they are looking for something they need to come and let David help them. I know they would get the same treatment that he gave me. Thanks again, I know I will be calling upon him again. I had a very specific budget and didn't have a lot of options in terms of vehicles since I had four children. I appreciated his willingness to contact me often via phone, email and text. He made it very convenient. He also made a comment early on about his job wasn't to sell me a car, but to get me into a car could afford. Salesman don't have the most positive reputation, so that was nice to hear. I also was nervous about turning my lease back into Chevy since Ford couldn't buy it. I thought there was a chance I'd get a huge bill though Ted called Ally for me to find out what I'd owe after. His estimate was correct so I was relieved. I love my Flex and will definitely go back to Ted when I'm ready for a new vehicle. More

Start to finish, this was a great car buying experience. When I first contacted Pat Collins, I wasn't even sure that I was in the market for a new car. I had no car payment and been very happy with the vehicle that I had. I was told Pat my concerns, and how a new car might fit. Throughout the whole process, he worked through all the different scenarios in a straightforward manner that told me that he was concerned with me making a decision that I was happy with instead of just trying to sell a car. It was a great experience and I end up buying a Fusion that fit my needs perfectly. I'll be happy to tell anyone that Pat Collins is the person to see to buy a car. THANK YOU ANDREA!!!! After taking my car in for a wierd clunking noise there was a small problem with my gas tank. As it was very hard to go without my car due to my family all being gone and no backup car, Andrea worked very hard to get us another loaner car AND to have my Explorer returned to me as quickly as possible. Everyone was professional and courteous and extremely helpful with updates and quick service. Again, unfortunately once my car was back, I had to return it again, however it was done with ease, and again Andrea went above and beyond in her customer service by once again providing me with a loaner, a free car wash and oil change. They were very quick and efficient and even though they had a lot of cars due to the recall, they made me feel like a special customer and I was satisfied with all of their help, especially Andrea who is so personable and cheerful. My husband filled out a response card incorrectly which gave the dealership a wrong grading, and I wanted to make sure that a huge shout out goes to Briarwood Ford for all of their help and quick service. A great Service department with great employees! More
MORE OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY BRIARWOOD FORD SALINE, MI Just when I though my headaches were over with my 2007 Ford Focus, another problem surfaced. I started developing transmission problems. Eeek! Called Briarwood Ford, Paul Mazzara, service adviser, and they said get it here as soon as you can. So I got it there that Tuesday evening just before closing. After I dropped it off, the next day, I called other dealers and independent transmission services to see how long before they could get to me just out of curiosity. 2 weeks before they could even start looking at it. Today, got a call saying the car was ready. Took only 3 days. For those of you reading this, I suggest you just call Briarwood Ford and ask for Paul Mazzara in service. My point is this. Briarwood Ford takes pride in its service department. In the 65 years I have been on this planet, and dealing with many, many, Ford dealers throughout the years, nothing comes close to the personal service and care this dealership has to offer. The salesman who sold my daughter her car, Ted Miller, even got involved with it. This dealership works together as a team like I have never seen before. I meet Matt though Paul, and same goes for Matt, he always has a great smile on his face, no matter how the day is going. They take there time in explaining you what is the problem, and they don't try to over sale you on things that you don't need.
