Brian's Auto Center is like no other car dealership anywhere. This is a family business, and these people are car enthusiasts through and through. They love cars, and th is like no other car dealership anywhere. This is a family business, and these people are car enthusiasts through and through. They love cars, and they know cars... particularly luxury cars. We were looking for a very specific Mercedes. They happened to have the exact car we were looking for, with very low mileage. We drove over 2 hours to get there. The car was perfect, except that the previous owner had done a significant amount of chrome detailing to the car, which we did not like. We were not even going to test drive it, until Gary told us he could easily take all the chrome off. He had his extremely talented detailing guy start taking it off even before we agreed to buy the car. We spent several hours there while that was being finished. In that time, we got to know the staff and watch the whole operation. These people LOVE what they do, and it shows. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, professional, considerate, and will go the extra mile to make you happy and comfortable. Jason, who handles all paperwork, etc., was efficient, helpful, and a pleasure to spend time with! We had to pick up the car a few days later, and they actually offered to meet us half way on the highway to save us a significant amount of driving time. Amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Brian's Auto Center! I hated car shopping, until I bought a car there. This purchase was actually a fun and pleasant experience!
