It was Stars And Stripes Harley Davidson 2 months back I went to hopefully purchase a Street Glide from them. I walked away with a new Sport Glide. It was a very awkward experience during the purchase. I wasn't comfortable or satisfied after the purchase. I got the feeling that I "settled" for the Sport Glide because Street Glides were not discussed after the initial used one I was interested was just too pricey for me. I went and contacted the dealership and their loan company about NOT liking the bike I got and to get on something I really did want. At first I was told I would need to give another huge down payment. Then the dealership wouldn't even give me the time of day when said what I can do after just forking out a good size down payment for the current bike I have. So this shows me that being a returning customer means nothing to these people at this dealership. Now I'm up in the air about what to do with this bike that I don't enjoy riding. More

I recently thought it was going to leave my current place of employment. Would’ve been a long story short I gave my notice at my current employer after accepting a position at Stars & Stripes Harley Davison/Brian‘s and after discussions with my current employer they made me an offer to stay and show me that I am very valuable. I then inform Brian‘s Harley Davison/Stars & Stripes Harley Davison that I would not be able to except their offer and come on board. I explain to them I received an offer I couldn’t refuse and wanted to stay loyal to the company that I currently work for and I apologized. The response I got back was very berating and insulting ! I would like to share the response I got back so please read this: Well… Character is a very important component to me when I am adding someone to my team. Especially in a leadership position. Character and Commitment…. So I thank you for not taking the position as this shows me that you are not up to my standards for Character. Also, I would make arrangements for future sales, service and parts at another Harley-Davidson store. And I was fired as a customer that I have spent over $100,000 in the last 15 years in the store. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and I encourage all to be where of the store in this group by the way they own over 20 stores across United States so do your homework if the last name is the Veracka group stay away More
