As soon as we walked onto the lot Ron greeted us and listened to exactly what I was interested in (Rav 4, was looking at a used one). After a test drive, we sat down to see what we could do. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a deal in my price range. He then started bringing other used vehicles over for me to look at - they were cars. I had my heart set on an SUV and he was able to see that on my face. Ron and the rest of the team did everything they could to get me into an SUV - and I later drove out of there in my new 2011 Rav4. This was by far the best experience I've EVER had at a dealership. Ron and all the other employees I dealt with listened to what I wanted, how much I could afford, and did what they could to make it happen. Ron even went a step further by going out of his way to pick up my new car, which was being used as a demo. Steve Bannon was great. The F&I guy was great too... althought I forget his name The one dissapointment was the detail on the car. I would have thought that there would be some attempt to clean/shine the interior - but not evident. And this is a ridiculous tool - to make me login? Come on. More
