Adam was genuine in his efforts to help find the right car for my daughter. Although we couldn't afford a new car or even a newer used car... Adam didn't rush us or seem like he didn't care. It was also a fairly miserable day outside and he didn't hesitate to walk around with us for as long as it took. Our experience buying a car was made a lot easier due to Adam's friendliness and ability to make us feel just as important as the next person who was buying a brand new van as we finished up the paperwork with the finance people. I had such a great experience with Adam & Ron, they were very caring and show extreme customer service. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the sales manager and the general manager. We had a great car buying experience last night. We really enjoyed working with Sam and Rob and the guy that did all the paperwork. (sorry the one name I forgot) No one was pushy!!!! We were greeted as soon as we came into the dealership. We told Adam we wanted to look at the Highlander, but probadly wouldn't be buying one right at this moment. We told him that we always had Ford's and We told Adam we wanted to look at the Highlander, but probadly wouldn't be buying one right at this moment. We told him that we always had Ford's and didn't know anything about Toyota's. Adam first started showing us some pictures of the Highlander and told us about all of the features that they had. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We then took one for a test ride and really fell in love with it. We explain that we had some financial problems in the last few years due to some health problems that my husband had and we knew that our credit report would reflect this. Erik and Adam said that they would be able to help us. They went over and above what I ever expected. I have never had car dealership do what they did. I am happy to say that we became the proud owners of a new 2011 Highlander on September 27, only 2 weeks from our first visit to the dealership. I will recommend these people and the dealership to anyone that is interested in buying new or used car. They treated us with respect.
