The staff of Kenny Ross Toyota went above and beyond my expectations!!! I felt like a VIP! I was greeted promptly at the door and they got started immediately. I will definitely come back to Kenny Ross for my next Toyota! My husband and I frequently trade in our vehicles for new; we have dealt with many dealerships from North of Pittsburgh to Morgantown, WV...We have liked alot of the staff at other places such as West Hills Nissan and #1 Cochran and have gotten many great deals but I can honestly say that for my next purchase we will go straight to Kenny Ross! They blew everyone else away and exceeded our expectations!!! Many thanks to Ron, Carlos and the entire staff at Kenny Ross!! More

We went to this Kenny Ross to look at a vehicle that we had seen online. We were told the car had a deposit placed on it. That was on a Friday. On Monday, we were called and told we had first refusal. So we went, looked at the car, and did paperwork. Because it was so late, the banks were closed. So, the next day, the financing department called the banks. After many issues and rehashing of the deal, the dealership made the deal work out and we got an awesome deal on the car. We got the car and was able to bring it home. Without Eric, Justin and Ray, we never would have been able to get the car we really wanted. They are awesome people at this dealership!!! More

Very pleased with my visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The finance manager even came out to talk with us instead of the salesman running back and forth as a messenger.
