This was by far the best experience we ever had a a car dealership! I saw a 2011 Tacoma on the website and after the Auto Show decided to take a ride over to Kenny Ross to see it. Keep in mind I really wasn't sure I was buying that day. We talked through all my questions and before I knew it I was presented with a deal that I, although it is said all the time, just couldn't pass up. What struck me most about Tom and Kenny Ross was the fact that although I was buying and they were selling, it was a very relaxing and easy process. Just two people talking about a truck for the most part. What's more, is that I had my 12 year old daughter with me and he even asked if she needed anything. I think if she would have said ice cream he would have gotten it for her. Not for the sale, but just to be nice. That's the kind of place I found this to be. Not a "HEY THIS CAR WON'T BE HERE LONG YOU HAVE BUY NOW!!!" place. It's a "We have great vehicles and you might want a great vehicle, let's see what we can work out" place. That's what it is. Takes all the pressure off. And now I have a Tacoma. I love it. I have been pretty loyal to Toyota for 12 years and this truck and this dealer are two pretty good reasons why. Then when I worked with Neil at the end, it was more of the same. Presented with options, honest discussion about what was worth it and what wasn't based on my purchase (Yes, that's right. There were options that he said may not be the right fit....I'd call that honesty.) What more could you want. Will I recommend Tom, Neil and Kenny Ross? Without question. More

Ron wasn't there to "sell" me anything - he listened to what i was looking for, answered all my questions, and gave me space to make my decision. Ron and Eric, the sales manager, couldn't have been more up front and genuine and definitely got me the best deal possible. The total cost was well below market average based on TrueCar price report for Pittsburgh -fell into the "great price" category (I got a 2012 Yaris SE). They also gave me a good value for my trade AFTER telling me the price of the car. Thanks again to everyone! I have never experienced such friendly, helpful people in getting my car serviced. Not only are the people friendly who take my order in the morning, but the Billing people at night could not be nicer when I getting my car serviced. I could go to a more convenient Toyota dealer, but prefer Kenny Ross because of their people and their expertise. I have had my 2010 Prius serviced there for 2 years, and just recently asked them for their help in diagnosing a sound from my tires. Not only did the service tech take my car for a drive, he recommended a 2nd person to do so, to ensure that my car was running just as it should. I cannot tell you how great these people are and how comfortable it makes me feel when I get my car checked from them. And they offer shuttle service. What a help that is to someone who works all day. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service on their Toyota ... or is looking to buy a Toyota ... to make plans to visit this dealership.
