After many years of wondering around buying cars from different dealerships, we feel that Kenny Ross Toyota is the only place we will ever look for another car. We just purchased our second car from Kenn different dealerships, we feel that Kenny Ross Toyota is the only place we will ever look for another car. We just purchased our second car from Kenny Ross Toyota and never thought about going to a different dealership. Three years ago, we purchased our firt car from Kenny Ross Toyota and just could not believe how great we were and are treated from day of sale to bringing our car in for regular service. I believe Kenny Ross Toyota personal are looking to build a long term relationship with there customers and not just the quick sale to make a few dollars. More
Since this was my first official purchase of a car at age 63 - it was a very important one. Previous purchases were joint decisions between my husband and me or a family car purchase. I chose Kenny Ross bec 63 - it was a very important one. Previous purchases were joint decisions between my husband and me or a family car purchase. I chose Kenny Ross because it was recommended by a friend I respect and I chose Toyota because my research revealed that their success with Pruis engineering and technology made them the best choice for finding a car that would meet my number one criteria - 50 miles per gallon minimum. I had looked at a Honda Insight but wanted to look at a Pruis. From my first step into the Kenny Ross dealership, and meeting Tony Trapuzanno - the first salesperson to approach me - through to the completion of the sale - was full of positive surprises and an experience so positive I felt compelled to write a review. The most important aspect of the experience was the relationship that my salesperson,Tony, established. His professionalism was balanced with a warmth and an honesty that made him excellent for me to work with. I mention his honesty because since I was interested int he Prius C, a newer model to the Prius offerings, there were a few features of the technology that he admittedly had to learn about along with me. This was refreshing, I appreciated his admitting he might not have all the answers and yet was thorough in finding the answers to any and every question I had. He recognized that I had done some research and respected and welcomed my input in the discussions. His communication skills were great - he explained everything and more than once, if necessary, never getting impatient with some of my questions as a car buying novice. He kept me informed through phone calls every step of the way. I was new to Toyota - our family had never purchased a Toyota and the way Toyota backs up their product with maintenance, warrantees etc. was impressive and another welcome surprise. I could go on and on but I must mention that the atmosphere in the dealership is one of friendliness and camaraderie. Although I am sure there is a competition among salespeople - that is not evident to the customer - only a sense that they are all there to help each other in an effort to please the customer, no matter whose customer it is. Eric, the sales manager as well as Justin, the business manager were helpful as well. They, Tony and the other sales people in the showroom contributed to a buying experience that I know is just the beginning of an ongoing relationship with my new car dealership that I look forward to. I know Tony meant it when he said to stop in anytime with any questions or just to let him know how I am doing with my new Toyota Prius C. Thanks for the opportunity to review this excellent experience. More

This may have been the best car buying experiences I have had. The process was smooth and the people were very friendly and honest. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Price was better than all had. The process was smooth and the people were very friendly and honest. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Price was better than all the dealers I contacted and Kenny Ross offers many incentives that other dealers do not. More
My family and I had the worst buying experience of our lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took e lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took exception to our negotiation and said Kenny Ross Toyota would not match the lower price or improve the current bid offer. He went to great lengths to emphasize that "he can sell that car for more" and "not selling the car would not impact his ealership's monthly results." Although Kenny Ross Toyota's price was higher, we made a conscience decision to purchase a Highlander based on the availability of the Blizzard Pearl Model with limited miles. On Friday at 12:00, we requested to pick the vehicle up the following day at 10:00am. The Sales Rep, Jennifer Campbell requested that we arrive prior to 10AM as she had other sales appointments scheduled for 10AM. We arrived at 9:30. The car's body side moldings were not installed. If the car wasn't going to be ready, we would have appreciated a telephone call to schedule the pick up later in the day. Since we had scheduled to return our rental car, we asked for a ride back from the airport following our dropping it off. The hope was to allow us to meet our commitment and not to sit around on a Saturday morning waiting for the Shop to install the parts. Ms. Campbell informed us that a pick up at the airport was not possible due to the Kenny Ross being short handed. Ms Campbell said "they would try their best to install the parts" or we could bring the vehicle back for the installation on another day. As my husband and I discussed our alternatives, Sam Picollo joined the conversation pointing his fingers at our faces saying, "You're not happy and so I don't want to sell you the car!" We immediately asked for Sam's boss, Sales Manager David Baselj, who came out and said he heard what was going on and doesn't want to sell us the car because, "we are not going to be happy and we will give he and his team a bad survey result, which will cut his and his worker's bonuses, so we should leave." The Sales Manager actually seemed to revel in proclaiming, "Return their deposit!!!" It was quite embarrassing! We asked other customers sitting near us if they had ever seem anything like this situation, they sat there with shocked face's and nodded "no". As surreal as it sounds, that's what happened. My advice is to avoid the Kenny Ross dealership, there are plenty of other high quality Toyota dealerships in the area. We went to Baierl Toyota in Cranberry and had a wonderful experience with their courteous and friendly staff. In the end, we added a remote starter and bought an extended service agreement. Buying a car should be a fun experience and since you're spending thousands of dollars, you deserve a dealership that will respect you and appreciate you and your hard earned money. In our experience, KENNY ROSS TOYOTA SCION DOES NOT APPRECIATE ITS CUSTOMERS. More
This was my first experience purchasing a new car on my own, and let me tell you the service and experience was EXCELLENT!!!! I was interested in purchasing a new gas/electric car. However, I knew nothing own, and let me tell you the service and experience was EXCELLENT!!!! I was interested in purchasing a new gas/electric car. However, I knew nothing about them except, what the sticker read on the cars. I had a lot of questions about these new gas/electric cars and my sales consultant Bob McClain made me feel very comfortable asking them. We took the car on the road and he showed me the many features it had to offer. He was very pleasant and professional. He was very easy to talk to and made my experience a comfortable one rather than the horrifying thing I was thinking it was going to be. When I was in with the business manager Neil Schuetz, the experience continued. Again, another very pleasant and approachable person. He worked with me to get financed through my personal lender and got me a better rate than they probably could have. I would recommend either of these two people at the Kenny Ross Toyota dealership, and in 5 years when my daughter starts driving I will be back to get her first car here. --GREAT Job Bob and Neil, and thank you for everything I LOVE my new Prius C, see you both when I come in for my first oil change. We we Hello, We purchased a used 2010 Toyota Highlander at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Township, PA. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. We were shown two cars by "Coach". He was very patient and accommodating to all of our questions and requests for information about the vehicle no mater how unique. So much, along with the very competitive pricing, we were able to make a decision to purchase the same day! Tony delivered the car the following day, since coach was off. Tony was very accommodating to insure the car was all it was claimed to be from a reconditioning standpoint. He was also very patient as I looked the car over since we had been looking a so many of the same car at various dealerships. I noticed some minor deficiencies (interior stains) that needed cleaned; and a stone chip that required touched up. Amazingly he was able to coordinate this with the various departments as to have them completed before we finished the paperwork with the very professional finance manager. I also noticed that the battery hold down had some corrosion later that day. Tony directed me to Todd in the service department, he ordered a new hold down for the battery. I felt so comfortable dealing with Todd that I asked him if I could retain him as a service advisor for all future maintenance. All of our family future purchases will be with the team at Kenny Ross Toyota, even though it is a 20+ mile drive and there are Toyota dealers closer to my home. The car was as close to new as I had seen in a while, and the team at Kenny Ross made sure I could not be disappointed in their quality. Well done. Thank you, More
