He was very patient and accommodating to all of our questions and requests for information about the vehicle no mater how unique.So much,along with the very competitive pricing, we were able to make a decision to purchase the same day! Tony delivered the car the following day, since coach was off. Tony was very accommodating to insure the car was all it was claimed to be from a reconditioning standpoint. He was also very patient as I looked the car over since we had been looking a so many of the same car at various dealerships. I noticed some minor deficiencies (interior stains) that needed cleaned; and a stone chip that required touched up. Amazingly he was able to coordinate this with the various departments as to have them completed before we finished the paperwork with the very professional finance manager. I also noticed that the battery hold down had some corrosion later that day. Tony directed me to Todd in the service department, he ordered a new hold down for the battery. I felt so comfortable dealing with Todd that I asked him if I could retain him as a service advisor for all future maintenance. All of our family future purchases will be with the team at Kenny Ross Toyota, even though it is a 20+ mile drive and there are Toyota dealers closer to my home. The car was as close to new as I had seen in a while, and the team at Kenny Ross made sure I could not be disappointed in their quality. Well done. Thank you, More

A couple days after we bought the car, I couldn't get the side doors to open so I called her and it took her a second to explain about professional. Overall a very positive experience. A great car - I love it. I got sort of overwhelmed in the middle with many numbers flying around, and when I wanted to go home and sleep o it, they of course came up with it. The price was okay in the end - not a great deal. $17 below blue book and a little less than expected trade-in. I'm old and was tired then, and when signing all the papers, the extended warranty options were presented and I just felt overwhelmed. That's when I really wanted to go home and do more research before deciding. I didn't see an option to say no, so I said yes to the economy version, but when I got home and researched it, realized I would rather save $50/month in a car fund. I reviewed all expenses for my last Prius for 8 years and it wasn't nearly as much as the warranty. Toyota is such a good car, I think they make lots of money on these. So I went back and unbought the extended warranty. They were very nice about it. I have bought 6 cars at this dealership and recommend them to anyone who asks. More

How do I even begin to describe my experience with Kenny Ross Dealership? I’ll try as best I can… First off, I am a recent widow. I lost my husband just a very few months ago and without warning, and still trying to acclimate to the fact that I am now alone in this life, my car decides to “leave me” as well. I have never had to deal with buying cars or things of this nature, that was my husband’s job. Now, here I am trying to acquire an inexpensive means of transportation without any knowledge of even trying to do so. I asked my brother-in-law to accompany me so as to at least have some “knowledge and experience” to venture into this car buying world. A gentleman, Sales Consultant, Marvin Kotvas, just happened to approach us when we arrived and my whole preconceived ideas about the horrors of car dealerships flew right out the door! Mr. Kotvas (who I have now named, “My Angel”) stepped in to find out the nature of my needs and what my limitations were. Despite my obvious distraught affect (I was actually in tears at a few points during this process), Mr. Kotvas was extremely patient with hearing out my situation and proceeded to present me with the best of options to meet my needs. It is important to note that Mr. Kotvas most likely did NOT receive much of a commission, but he proceeded with my purchase despite this fact. In fact, I doubt that Mr. Kotvas received any commission at all! Eric Saloom, the Sales Manager, was exceedingly helpful in fulfilling my purchase on that day and without his selfless attitude and exceptional professionalism. I’m not sure what the outcome my “buying experience” would have been. Both Mr. Kotvas and Mr. Saloom are a rare breed in these days of ruthlessness and greed! I have an innate sense that they are both exemplary citizens and most likely, great leaders in their respective communities! You don’t often find honest and compassionate business people as these two gentlemen! I am lucky that I did, indeed, happen upon Marvin, Eric, and Kenny Ross in my hour of need! The general manager Dave Baselj personally called us about the special Memorial Day offers from Toyota and took time to answer our questions. Sam Piccolo, the sales manager located the car we wanted for us and gave us a no hassle deal. We would like to acknowledge Justin Flook the business manager for his patience while signing the necessary papers and Bob Marchionda, the customer relations manager who knows me by name and always welcomes me. Last but not least, I would like to thank the service department for all that they do for me when I bring my vehicles in for service especially Nick and Todd, the service consultants and Tim and Matt, the mechanics that I always request.
