I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership under any circumstances. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After initial issues with our first purchase, we reluctantly gave them a second chance with a different salesperson but the same owners—and regretted it immediately. We were approved for a 2021 GMC truck that required repairs before signing. Since then, we have been subjected to endless delays and excuses for over three weeks. Promises of having the truck ready by certain dates were repeatedly broken, with explanations ranging from ordering parts to additional unexpected repairs. Each deadline was pushed back without transparency or accountability. When we were finally told the truck was ready for pickup, we were abruptly informed of a new issue—a stripped part—that would delay us another two days. The dealership admitted they had to absorb the cost of these repairs but showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to us, the customers. The sales manager’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, including referring to my husband as “bro” during a serious conversation. Since then, they have stopped returning our calls altogether. This level of disrespect, poor communication, and lack of integrity is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Please do your homework if doing a trade in. They use Carfax for values. This program has the lowest trade in value out there. It also has great retail prices, a dealerships best tool. Lenders, insurance groups and repair shops use NADA or KBB. Carfax in it self is not reliable. Read the fine print. I used the trade in tool on this company's website which I assume is NADA, then they pulled out the Carfax trade in value after I was in the chair. The difference was $3k. No thanks. Use the tools available to you online, then research your cars retail price on the lots. The difference should not be $10k. The truck I was interested in was unable to start the day I went! If this gets corrected I will remove this post. More
