On a very rainy evening we went to Murphy Ford and were fortunate to meet and work with Adrien Moore. He brought several different Ford Explorers to the outside of the showroom area and I test drove one of the models. I was very impressed with Adrien's knowledge about the entire vehicle but most especially about the Sync technology and what the vehicle could offer to me since I travel a lot by myself. I had a 2004 GMC Envoy as a trade-in and we also worked with John to reach a mutually agreeable amount for the trade-in. There were several things that needed to be done for which I received "We Owe" paperwork and the work was done promptly the following week. I have already had the Explorer on one long trip to the Poconos and I am still learning about some of the entertainment offerings and the navigation system. I am very pleased with the Explorer and know that if I have any questions or concerns, I can contact Adrien, stop in to see him, and he can show me how to do some of the things I can't figure out by reading the manual.
