I actually stopped at Murphy Ford to look at a used vehicle that was advertised on the Internet. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by the Internet sales rep and were turned over to Adrien Moore vehicle that was advertised on the Internet. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by the Internet sales rep and were turned over to Adrien Moore in sales. After finding out that the vehicle I was there for was sold the previous night, I was ready to leave. After a brief discussion with Adrien, he convinced me to look at a couple similar vehicles. I saw a few vehicles that were priced a little more than I wanted to spend for a used vehicle. Anyway,on the way back to the showroom, Adrien and I looked at a few new vehicles that I assumed were way out of my price range. He explained to me that he can work with me a lot more on a new vehicle and that Ford has some good incentives right now. So he went to work... OK- I will have to say that I never thought that I would be driving away in a new truck, but through his (Adrien's) diligent efforts, he was able to get the price down to just a little more than I wanted to spend on a used vehicle. WOW!!! I was shocked, but made the right decision I hope and drove away in a new truck. If it were not for Adriens professionlism and effort, I likely would have walked out when the vehicle I came to look at was gone. Vince was great until he made the sale. After I purhased my car from murphy ford and was having problems and isuue Vince was unable to help me. If itwas not for i would not go to murphy ford for service. I had a bad experiance with the service manager with my latest truck. As for salespeople are concerned Don is a real sales person tells you like it is. I was ready to go to another dealer for service until Don acted as a go between between service manager and myself .Once the story was known i could deal with it. why are stories necessary when there is a problem. the problem was not murphy ford but ford motor co. I have purchased a few cars from Murphy Ford in the past. My most recent purchase needs were by far the most demanding. Just when I thought all options had been exhausted, Sean presented me with another model car that I'd never thought about but, in fact did have the options to fit my needs. Another snag, Murphy did not have that model car with the options I was looking for on the lot. No worries becuase Sean and Keith didn't miss a beat and searched high and low for the exact car I was looking for and within a DAY faxed me the sticker of a match. Once I agreed, they put the car on a truck and had it shipped to Murphy! It was not an easy decision to buy a car site unseen but Sean handled everything like a pro and always with a smile and Keith's leadership was soothing. It is a truely unbelievable story and one that will keep me coming back to Murphy for all my future car needs. Thanks Sean&Keith! More
