I would like to thank JOHN ABBRUZZI and SARA HALALI for all their help in helping me purchase my 2011 Ford Fiesta...They both did everything in their power to get me the right car and for the price that wo all their help in helping me purchase my 2011 Ford Fiesta...They both did everything in their power to get me the right car and for the price that works with my budget..I can't thank them enough..I haven't had the best of luck in purchasing cars so I even cried when they said I was approved.. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt welcome and at ease. I was met by Greg Salerno in the parking lot and after listening to my needs, he connected me with Kevin McLaughlin. Kevin was absolutely fa at ease. I was met by Greg Salerno in the parking lot and after listening to my needs, he connected me with Kevin McLaughlin. Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He genuinely listened to my needs and worked very hard to find me the right vehicle to meet those needs. He didn't rush me or make me feel pressured and truly made me feel like my business mattered to him. We finally settled on a 2012 Focus SEL and the buying experience could not have gone any smoother. In January 2012, I had an absolutely horrible experience with a Ford Dealer just outside Baltimore, MD. This was the complete opposite. I've purchased a lot of cars in my day, and most of them were Fords. This was by in far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've found a new home in Murphy Ford! You can't go wrong there! Thank you Kevin and everyone who helped make this deal happen!! More

I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from Murphy Ford on 7/30/12 and other than Sara Halali(sales) the experience was not very good. Sara was the one bright spot in an otherwise not good overall experien on 7/30/12 and other than Sara Halali(sales) the experience was not very good. Sara was the one bright spot in an otherwise not good overall experience at Murphy Ford. The following day 7/31/12 I bought my wife a new Acura ILX from Elite Acura in Maple Shade New Jersey and that was like night and day compared to Murphy Ford. I like the Kia, but when I left I realized that it hadn't been filled up with gas like I was told. Also,the financing provided at Murphy Ford was horrible compared to Elite Acura. I have fair credit but I got 13% at Murphy Ford(which I never should have signed) and 5.65% at Elite Acura. I was also told I needed documentation for financing at Murphy and not at Elite Acura. The finance department at Murphy Ford was a nightmare compared to Elite Acura and Balal. They didn't fight for a lower rate at Murphy when Elite got my rate lowered to 5.65%. The last issue at Murphy Ford was the finance guy did not tell me about the $600 dollar optional gap insurance that was added to the deal. I probably needed it as it turns out with the bad interest rate(13%)but it would of been nice if the finance guy explained the $600 dollar optional fee instead of having me just sign the papers. Sara was the one bright spot at Murphy Ford but I couldn't recommend this dealership to anyone when other Dealerships like Elite Acura are out there. Disappointed, Tony From Jersey More
