Not only was Mr. Shivers’ helpful with finding my son a car, he helped me find one for myself. Mr. Shivers made my experience at Murphy Ford very comfortable. I did not feel as if I was being pushed into buying a car. Mr. Shivers was very helpful with all the details of my car and even helped me connect my cell phone to the hands free system in my 2011 Ford Fusion. I am very satisfied with my new car because it is exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the service I received at Murphy Ford. I have recommended several people to Murphy Ford’s dealership in Chester, Pa and to look for Bill Shivers. More

Sara Halali went out of her way to sell me a 2013 Escape. My gas mileage is 18.3-18.5. My gas mileage on my 2002 min van Voyager was 22.0-22.5. Wish I didn't trade it for a lousy $1000. The fuel economy on the sticker says 24 MPG combined. I went on one trip and did not come close to getting that. I get sirius for 6 months! WOW I do not recommend this dealership . I feel I did not get a fair tradein price on my 2 trade ins. Last time I bought a new car I was given sufficient time to try it out. More

My wife and I had decided to purchase a new Ford Escape and we stated looking in the middle of July. We went around to different dealers after hours just to price and check out the different models. After checking things out on line, we got a call from a Linda Taggert at Murphy Ford in Chester Pa. So we went down on a Sunday morning to check them out. We saw exactly what we wanted and were able to acquire the vehicle in a few days. The folks we dealt with were outstanding. I only buy Fords. This is my third new one, and by far the best experience I've had in buying one. We are looking forward to dealing with these folks for our service and future vehicle needs. More
