First purchase at Breeden was beyond expectations! On a recent business trip to Salt Lake City, UT, the rental I was provided with was a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Limited. Two of my coworkers and I were able to do some sight-seeing in the nearby ski resort town of Park City. We took the Jeep up the mountains to over 10,000 feet and it performed like a champ. I fell in love with this vehicle over the week I drove it. Upon returning home, my 11 year old son and I found ourselves running around Ft. Smith just enjoying a nice Saturday morning. We decided to just stop by Breeden and price the Grand Cherokee. We pulled onto the lot, got out of my (soon to be old) truck and were greeted by one of the friendliest and most laid back salesperson I have ever met at a dealership! Terry welcomed us both with a smile and a handshake, and even when I told him I was not really in the buying mood - just looking - he maintained the smile and customer service that is unparalleled. I told him what I was looking for, and he took us right to it - a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Limited. He offered to let us take it for a test drive, even though I told him I would not be buying today. (I had two vehicles that were paid off and really did not "need" a new vehicle.) On the test drive, Terry didn't try the "hard-sell" I have seen in the past. He asked about my son and I, seeming genuinely interested in just hanging out and being friendly. I was so impressed with his professionalism and friendliness, a week later I was back on the lot purchasing my Grand Cherokee! The buying experience was smooth, un-rushed, and laid back. Terry even helped the detail team to make sure my new Jeep was pristine when I drove it off the lot. Andrew handled the paperwork for the sale, and was laid back as well. He was friendly, helpful and appeared to genuinely enjoy his work! Needless to say I am MORE than impressed with this purchase and plan to visit Terry again when I need another vehicle! More
