Maintenance Department Dishonest So, I take my truck to Breeden Dodge in Fort Smith: Issue with the truck is: Has a vibration in the back and herd a pop in the front suspension. I go So, I take my truck to Breeden Dodge in Fort Smith: Issue with the truck is: Has a vibration in the back and herd a pop in the front suspension. I go pick up the truck and hear this: The drive train looked great, tightened a bolt in the front, and then I am told the tires are out of round in the back. My truck is a dually, so I ask: "Which one?". Now if all 4 tires in the back are out of round, that would be the first time in (HISTORY) or extremely rare. So, they run off and go check, come back and tell me "well the left outside rear one for sure". (That will be $97.45 for the diagnostics). What??? Now my interest is peaked and so is my temper, but I stayed cool and calm and tried to approach with a little professionalism. I ask "how the determination was made on the tires being out of round?" Answer: We put your truck on a rack, start the engine, put it in gear, watch the tires. LOL LOL LOL Wow!!! So, two things here: (1) Where did the $97.45 cost for the electronics come from when the issues stated had nothing to do with electronics? (2) You didn't take the tires off and inspect or check *Rims: cracked or bent, if tires needed balancing, if plys were shifted, if tires were oval or not, nothing.* I knew that when I saw the truck, hubs were exact position and place they were when I brought it in. They did drive the truck, or at least they told me they did, to duplicate the vibration. ****Wait, That's not the cool part yet**** I completely disagree with the mechanics opinion of the tires and I felt like something was way out of place. It felt wrong. "Out of Round Tires" LOL Sooooo, I take the truck to a great tire shop with top of the line equipment, specializing in tires to determine what is really wrong with the tires. Vic's Outcome: Absolutely nothing is wrong with your tires sir, they are brand new and just need to be balanced. So, they balanced all 4 tires while inspecting them for anything out of the normal. No issues. Now the truck has no vibration in the back, and operates smooth. Breeden Dodge Service in Fort Smith!!! You lied to me on purpose!!!. What is your problem? Why did you charge me for an electronic diagnosis when the issues were clearly stated to be not electrical? Why did you tell me my tires were out of round when they clearly were not. Why did you not take the tires off and inspect them. Rim and tire. I will tell you why. Route 66 extended warranty on my truck covers bumper to bumper with the exceptions of tires, and diagnostics unless you fix something. I know this to be true because Mr. Service Center, I called them too. Breeden Dodge Service Center Maintenance Dept: You told me something was wrong that was not. You would have had no problem charging me with a premium percentage added, for 4 brand new tires to replace the 4 brand new tires there was nothing wrong with. Do I trust your judgement, integrity, ethics and morals? I think not. Avoid this service center. Your service center rips people off for no reason. You have no character and are not trustworthy or honorable. I personally don't understand your intentions or your mentality toward trying to elude the customers who utilize your services. You tried to convince me something is wrong when it is not and charge for what is not needed. I WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICE CENTER AGAIN and highly recommend folks find someplace else to have their diagnostics and repairs done. Now, I wouldn't let you change my oil. Your service department messed around with someone this time who knows a little about integrity and fair treatment. More

Exactly What I Wanted Went into the dealer looking for a car and couldn't find what I wanted. I spoke with Wayne and told him what I was looking to get, a black Challenger. The next day I received a call from Wayne telling me they just received one in and he would have it ready for me to test drive after I left work. I got to the dealer and he had it ready to go and was exactly what I was looking for. We were able to get a price that was comparable to other dealers I was looking at that was in my price range. Brittany thoroughly explained all the financing aspects and was able to answer any questions I had. Both were patient and allowed me to make the decision that was best for me and not try to push me into a sale. I appreciate how easy they made the entire process. More
