Breeden Service Department is a Zero I received a recall notice for the alternator for my Ram 3500 and promptly made an appointment to have the alternator repairs done about a week later. I received a recall notice for the alternator for my Ram 3500 and promptly made an appointment to have the alternator repairs done about a week later. I took the truck in early and waited 1 1/2 hours only to be told they would have to order the alternator. I exploded! I complained to the lady at the Service Desk, to the Service Manager, and to Mr. Breeden the owner of the dealership. The saddest thing is that Mr. Breeden and the others did not seem concerned about their lack of organization. They made no effort to make another appointment to perform the recall. This is the second problem I have had with Breeden Service! So it appears that the problem is on me for giving them another chance - I will NOT be making that mistake again! More
