I will say that this was my first personal experience with Breeden Dodge and the very first Dodge I have ever looked at. I was not surprised at the quality of the truck I looked at but the service was mu with Breeden Dodge and the very first Dodge I have ever looked at. Bob was very professional and explained everything to me. He was always asking if I had any questions and the thing that really impressed me was the very first question he asked “was I working or talking to anyone on the staff about a vehicle?”This told me that he not only wants to sell a vehicle but his integrity would not let him sell one if I was already working with another sales associate. I also want to compliment Mr. Meeks. I have always disliked talking with the “FI” people in the past. Once again Mr. Meeks made that very smooth and enjoyable. Mr. Earl Asbridge was my sales person. I just felt like he was so genuine and wanted to do everything he could to help me get the Grand Cherokee that I wanted. We hope to trade in an older Jeep Wrangler we have in a few years. I'm pretty sure we'll be coming to this dealership. I noticed that your other sales people were friendly and seemed upbeat. I think that speaks well of management and ownership. Employees are a great reflection on just how nice a place is to work. More

the only recommendation I would have is to tell the customer that they can assess their taxes, and get their tags at the dealership. This would be helpful. We visited Breeden Dodge on the suggestion of my sister who had purchased a pickup from Breeden years ago. They were happy with the service, etc. so we have Breeden a try. We were looking for a specific car (an HHR) to pull behind our motorhome. We had located a number of HHRs at other dealers in Oklahoma and Arkansas, but the cars were either not very clean,way over priced or we never heard back from the salesmen regarding questions we had about the car. The HHR that we looked at was clean, newer than the other HHRs we had looked at (this one was a 2011). We had a follow-up call from Ron Raney before we crossed the state line back into Oklahoma letting us know the price we could purchase the car for. Needless to say, the price was a good price and we made the purchase the very next day. The finance person (Steve) worked with us since we were paying cash for the car, but had to wait on funds from an insurance company. Ron Raney and Jackie Robinson worked with us to get a second key and key fob for the car that was not available at the time it was purchased. The "Warranty Forever" program that Breeden Dodge has really differentiates Breeden from the other dealers that we visited. Things could not have gone any smoother for us. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I'll go back to Breeden. More
