At first I had a bad experience over the phone I called got in contact with Blake to find out if the truck I seen on the internet that I was interested in was still available, he couldn't tell me at first got in contact with Blake to find out if the truck I seen on the internet that I was interested in was still available, he couldn't tell me at first if it was and said he would check and call me back in 5 minutes, well after an hour of waiting I called back and he was not available to talk, so I finally drove 25 miles and found the truck myself in the lot and Mike Cole helped me get Joseph Blair to show me the truck and after some negotiating with Joseph and Mike we made a deal that I was very pleased with! Both Mike and Joseph were very friendly and helpful and made my bad experience with Blake a good experience overall with Breeden Auto Group! By the way Blake did call back 2 1/2 hours later and left me a voicemail as I was sitting in the show room making the deal with Joseph and Mike......Sorry Blake you snooze you loose! Both my wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Joe. He treated us both as VIP's and woked in the manner we hoped to receive. We knew the exact vehicle we were wanting to purchase and had done our homework and found only two dealerships that had the vehicle we wanted, in the color we wanted. Our experience was exceptional. We were met outside by an employee who went to find our salesman, then he came back over to us and told us the salesman would be there right away. We had originally planned to deal with Blake Baker but he was unavoidably out of the office and we met with Andrew Olsen. Andrew's demeanor of friendliness, courtesy and having the vehicle pulled up front so we could inspect it immediately put us at ease. We asked Andrew to accompany us on the test drive and he was my captive audience. I had done my research and printed off the spec sheets and had my questions ready. There was not one he could not answer. A lot of the questions had to do with the display gauges, "what is a tip start?", how does this work, how does that work. We were very satisfied with our trade in (2005 5.9 liter 3500 dually) and decided to buy the 2012 Laramie 3500 4x4. We requested some extras and had to return the next day to pick up the vehicle after the work was completed. We met Blake Baker at this time (in addition to Andrew), and had the same "hometown" experience with him. When the vehicle was ready to go, Blake spent extra time with us and helping Jesse program his phone into the bluetooth system. We also reviewed a lot of the functions of the different buttons and knobs. Of course, the vehicle had been fully detailed prior to our leaving...and about 2 miles up the road we ran into rain and road grime the rest of the way home to Bergman, AR. The truck handled beautifully although I think Jesse was afraid he'd get a scratch from some invisible rock or something. In summary, we have been very pleased with our entire experience with Andrew and Blake, internet salesmen, at Breeden Dodge and will certainly recommend the dealership and these guys for your buying experiences too.
