Initial contact was with Mike Cole via telephone, who then passed us along to Kevin Kiene since we were dealing with a new car purchase. Kevin went above and beyond on the actual day the sale price of the vehicle was agreed upon since he was on vacation that day. He willingly gave up a portion of his afternoon off to facilitate making the deal happen by coordinating several phone calls over a period of several hours between myself and the Breeden management team. He accurately communicated both sides of the conversation throughout that process. Kevin also did a great job communicating to me regarding the information required for closing, which was especially important because we live in another state a good distance away from the Breeden dealership. He made us feel confident and comfortable throughout this entire process. It was a pleasure doing business with Kevin and the rest of the Breeden staff.
