Excellent Service!! Blake responded very fast to internet pricing. He was gone when I went to dealership but Kendra Poe was awesome! Shame on Breeden Dodge! Was in 5 diferent times for same problem. Still not fixed. Over 3 month period breeden dodge had my jeep 46 days. On the 3rd time, they had it 28 days Was in 5 diferent times for same problem. Still not fixed. Over 3 month period breeden dodge had my jeep 46 days. On the 3rd time, they had it 28 days straight. Wow. Would you call that customer service? I think they were tired of me because there was always grease on my floor mats, the last time they had it, it came back with some old used floor mats that didn't match. I have been waiting about 5 months now for them to fix my jeep. Eddie said they were waiting on Enginering to call them back and then they would have me come back in for the 6th time. That's been 5 months ago. Eddie should move to a buy here pay here lot! I am very disappointed with the Breeden Dodge service dept. Don't get burned like we did, DON'T use Breeden Dodge Fort Smith. More
