I met Justin Weaver in 2009 and he sold me a new Dodge truck. Justin was very easy to work with and has always treated me very well. He knows what I like, listens to my request and provides the information needed and delivers what I ask for in the vehicle. I automatically ask for Justin anytime I am in the market for a new vehicle. Great Job Justin! Thanks. Brittany Hurst had everything ready for us to sign and move on. good to bad In 2013 when I was looking to buy a new car Earl was very polite and helpful. Got me into the car I liked and payments where i needed them. And thats where the friendly and polite customer service stopped. Once i had my car and was ready for the first oil change there was no scheduling oil change appointment. You just show up when ever and they will get to your car when ever. You could be there for several hours for a oil change that shouldnt take more than 30 - 40 minutes. When the tire pressure sensor light came on and said that all of the tires had low air pressure I called and ask if I could bring the car in and have them look at it. The service manager said I could and I ask if there would be a fee to have them look at the car and he said yes there would be and that it would be $85. I made the appointment for Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 8:30 am. On the 18th I was at the dealership at 8 am checked the car in and waited, and waited, and waited some more. They didnt take my car into the shop until after 10am. At 11am when they told me that they were done the guy handed me my keys back and said that they checked the psi sensors were working properly and that the light should go off in about 10 or 15 miles. I leave I drive to Poteau from Fort Smith and the light is still on. I call the dealership and tell the service department that the light is still on and the man tells me that there must be something wrong in the computer system and to find out what is wrong that they will have to go into the computer of the car and that it would cost $85 for that test to be run. I told them that I had brought the car to them for them to run that test on the car. I wanted to know what was wrong with the car. And he tells me that they didnt know that i wanted that to be done. I never caught the service guys name. Two days later I traded my car in and I am very happy with my NEW dealership More

The BEST to work with. I live in Wichita Kansas. I called Andrew because he was recommended to me by one of my family member. I was looking for a Dodge Pro Master van. An I live in Wichita Kansas. I called Andrew because he was recommended to me by one of my family member. I was looking for a Dodge Pro Master van. Andrew was able to not only find a van that met my requirements, he was very professional and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer my questions. The day I arrived to pick up my van, he had it ready. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a car. It was worth the drive to Ft. Smith Arkansas. More
